The location of the hotel was marvellous and good - relatively near a historic gothic-style cathedral. The double room was amazingly comfortable, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.3. The staff was nice, so I would stay there again.

It had a marvellous location just next door to Canterbury, the garden in the evening and the town centre. Popped in The Unicorn Inn for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue: D

The hotel was located so close to Canterbury as well as the center. The property staff was nice and obliging, they all greeted us. Particularly good and charming location in the middle of the city, met requirements. Besides, it was a 15-minute walk to a historic gothic-style cathedral.

The hotel has an excellent location with beautiful gardens and attractions within walking distance. Some rooms are clean and well, decorated, and there are easy self, check, in instructions available. breakfast is tasty and freshly cooked.

Customer service at the hotel has been a recurring issue, with the staff being either rude or absent.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! Loved being in such a great location, only a short walk away from the city center and all its attractions. the room was clean, comfortable, and well, stocked with amenities like tea and coffee. the staff was helpful even though there was no formal check, in process. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room and the quiet surroundings.

The lack of customer service was a bit frustrating at times, especially when we had issues with the radiator not working properly. the instructions for checking in were not very clear and we had to rely on other guests to let us in.
