The location of the hotel was marvellous and good - relatively near a historic gothic-style cathedral. The double room was amazingly comfortable, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.3. The staff was nice, so I would stay there again.

It had a marvellous location just next door to Canterbury, the garden in the evening and the town centre. Popped in The Unicorn Inn for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue: D

Had an amazing Christmas stay! Loved being in such a great location, only a short walk away from the city center and all its attractions. the room was clean, comfortable, and well, stocked with amenities like tea and coffee. the staff was helpful even though there was no formal check, in process. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room and the quiet surroundings.
The lack of customer service was a bit frustrating at times, especially when we had issues with the radiator not working properly. the instructions for checking in were not very clear and we had to rely on other guests to let us in.
